About Villa il Gamberaio
Villa Gamberaio is a one of a kind villa for rent in Tuscany: conveniently located in the best area of Tuscany, between Lucca and Florence, it is five minutes drive from lively villages, walking distance from bars and shops, and just thirty minutes drive from Florence, even twenty from Lucca.
Villa Gamberaio was fully renovated in 2021, and only opened to public in July 2021, after a 1 year renovation period, with completely new furnitures, interior and exterior design.
Villa Gamberaio is a life project for our family, and it includes olive trees and a wineyard within the property, since we are developing farming and producing activities, together with hospitality.
Our olive oil is extremely fine, and usually it gets sold immediately after production: we may well keep some for our guests, at least for them to taste it when they’re at the Villa!
In the premises guests can enjoy a full serviced kitchen by the pool (over 120squared meters of surface)
with a fridge and storage space, and a dining table, together with chaise longues and a 6 seaters – hydromassage thub with chairs and big cuscions available for our guests at any time of the year.
Buildings
Composed by two buildings, the main villa and its dependance, Villa Gamberaio can guest up to 12 people plus 4 kids, and has an additional quarter for staff (including place to sleep for any needed inhouse staff).
The villa has 6 double bedrooms, two of which are master suite bedrooms of over 25squared metres space: all rooms are ensuite.
Underground heating and individual air conditioning in every single room, including the bathrooms, and full furniture of high tech TV and sound systems, reveal a restored villa that brought the old tuscan design into the modern era, for a full comfort of our guests.
The main villa and the dependances are divided in two floors: the ground floor with living room and kitchen, plus two double rooms, and the first floor dedicated to ensuite bedrooms. Access to the villa and to the pool, as well as to the pool premises, is possible for persons with reduced mobility.
Dogs are not only allowed, but welcome, at any time.
Pool & External
The pool is maximum 1.40mt high and has stairs and a slide to get in, also an internal hydromassage area,
one of the best spots for our guests.
The garden around the villa gives the opportunity to kids and grown up boys and girls to play or just stroll around, or play tennis table, plus there is an additional 6 – Seaters Jacuzzi Thub overlooking the wineyard, open all year long for our guests.
