Our Villa can only be rented on an exclusive basis, which means we are not able to sell single accommodations to different groups of people.

All the below prices are per night and on an exclusive basis, and these are the equal to the lowest fares you may find online for our villa, as we loyally work on a parity rate with our distributing agencies, as well as with our clients.

However we encourage you to write us directly, In order to get additional services for free, such as breakfast, or a nice dinner wit our chef or our cooking ladies. 

Drinks and appetizers on arrival; Morning housekeeping service 1 person of staff 2 hours a day 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday) from 9 am to 11:30 am; Change of all linen on arrival and Wednesday; Electricity (Air Conditioning), Gas (Heating) and Jacuzzi heating consumption is included.
