We love to organize breakfast for our guests: our breakfast proposal includes homegrown vegetables and fruit from our lands, fresh pastry, fresh bread (white and cereal black), eggs (boiled or scrambled), italian ham, salami and cheeses (soft cheese, pecorino cheese, seasoned cheese), freshly baked cakes, cereals and yoghurt mix, orange juice and all kind of milks (skim, half skim, whole, soja or rice milk). 

Espresso or American blend coffees available, plus several types of teas. Gluten free choices available.

Cost for Single breakfast (one day only) would be € 25,00 per person VAT inclusive – min 6 persons

Any additional person € 15,00 pp (if adult); € 10,00 pp (if kid under 12y)

Villa Gamberaio offers a wide range of possible experiences for your in-house dining: we collaborate with many chefs and cooks, and we are able to provide menus and choices upon request.

In house dining options with onsite cooking start from € 55,00 per person, beverage included

COOKING CLASS Pizza

The cooking class taught by our chef Paola is designed to teach you how to make a perfect “Italian” pizza, and it goes like this:
Preparing pizza dough: how to mix flour, water, salt and yeast to make a soft and elastic dough.
Topping preparation: how to choose the right ingredients for tomato sauce, how to cut mozzarella cheese, and how to choose vegetables to put on top of the pizza.
Baking: how to heat the oven to an appropriate temperature and how to bake the pizza until it is golden and crispy.
Decoration: how to add the final touches to make pizza attractive and appetizing.
The goal of our Paola’s course is to teach while having fun (and tasting!) how to make good, tasty pizza in a quick and easy way that is completely Italian!

COOKING CLASS Pasta

The cooking class taught by our chef Paola is designed to teach you how to make a delicious homemade egg pasta, and it is organized like this:
Dough preparation: how to mix flour, eggs and salt to make a smooth and soft dough.
Pasta making: how to roll out dough with a rolling pin and how to cut it into different shapes such as tagliatelle, fettuccine, pappardelle, etc.
Pasta consistency: how to check the consistency of pasta to make sure it is soft but at the same time al dente.
Cooking pasta: how to cook pasta in plenty of salted water until well cooked.
Pairing with seasoning: how to choose the right seasoning for pasta and how to prepare it.

The goal of our Paola’s course is to teach while having fun (and tasting!) how to make homemade pasta that is tasty and quality.

OLIVE OIL Tasting

“BLEND” Olive Oil tasting Experience

Professional tasting of 3 different blends of Olive Oil, with mixed types of olives and purity. All the olive oil tasted are Extra Virgin quality, from different areas of Tuscany and Italy. The tasting includes tuscan and salty bread, crunchy bread and seasoned dry cheese.

The experience includes blending and productions explanations and includes the visit of the olive groves, to explain directly the olive trees parts involved in the process.
